Michael represents clients before the town’s municipal departments in land use and zoning matters. In addition, Michael represents clients in litigation matters.
Prior to joining HLS, Michael was a litigation attorney with two Greenwich-based law firms. Michael represented clients in a wide range of matters pending in state and federal court, as well as in regulatory matters pending before agencies such as the Federal Reserve Board, FDIC and FINRA. In 2020, Michael served as a law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Thomas O. Farrish.
